Why did the download fail?
Check that the URL opens the file without a login and has not expired. The source may block server access, respond too slowly or return an unsupported header. MOV requires a QuickTime ftyp header; IPv6-only sources are unsupported. If your allowance is exhausted, wait for midnight UTC.
