Free file uploads and usage limits
Free uploads require no payment. Where paid features are enabled, verify the current offer, price and renewal terms in your dashboard and checkout before payment.
Which files are supported?
Standard file limits: video and audio 100 MB, images 2 MB, PDF 10 MB. Supported formats appear in each uploader. Uploading keeps the original format without conversion.
What is the daily upload limit?
Daily upload limits depend on site settings and sign-in status. Uploads and downloads may use a shared allowance. Quotas reset at midnight UTC. If you receive a 429 response, wait and retry after the reset. Request and storage limits also apply.
Is the shared link private?
Anyone with the link can access your file. Public links have no password protection or recipient-only access. Avoid uploading sensitive files.
Is permanent storage included?
Retain a backup. Links depend on storage and service availability and are not a permanent archive. Files may be removed in accordance with the terms.
