Use a public Telegram post link to find available photos or videos, then save each file separately, up to 100 MiB.

No Telegram login is needed. The server relays the file temporarily without storing it in the media library. This is an independent tool, not an official Telegram service. Checking a post does not use your daily allowance. Each file counts once when validation succeeds and transfer starts, even if you later cancel. Downloads and uploads share an allowance that resets at midnight UTC.

Media must be visible in the public web preview. The downloaded version may differ from the original upload. Check permission before using it in classwork, presentations or client projects.

How to save Telegram media

Copy the specific post link

Open a public Telegram channel and copy the link to the message containing the photo or video, such as https://t.me/channel/123. A channel homepage is not a post link.

Check the available media

Paste the link and analyse the post. Review the returned photos or videos before choosing which file to save. Some posts have no media in their public preview.

Download the files you need

Save each available item separately. Each file must be no larger than 100 MiB. Keep the original post link if you need to credit the source or check its context.

Frequently asked questions

Which Telegram link should I paste?

Use a link to one public message, such as https://t.me/channel/123. Invite links, channel homepages and private t.me/c links do not provide a public post that this tool can read.

Can this download private or protected Telegram videos?

No. The tool reads only the public web preview and cannot sign in, join a group or bypass access restrictions. Do not enter your Telegram password, login code or session data.

Will I get the original quality?

The tool saves the version exposed in the public preview. Telegram may provide a resized photo or a processed video, so the result is not guaranteed to match the original upload. There is no quality selector or re-encoding.

Why does a public post show no downloadable media?

The message may contain text, an unsupported media type, restricted content, or media Telegram does not expose on the web. Open the source post to check. A public channel name alone does not make every item downloadable.

Are downloaded files stored on mp4tolink?

Files are temporarily relayed through the server to your browser, without being saved to the media library. The limit is 100 MiB per file. A failed transfer can also result from an expired source link or a slow connection.
